*A Glance on Dance* heißt die knapp 2-stündige Premierenshow der jomdance-company unter der Leitung von Said el Amir.

Von traditionellen Folkloretänzen des Mittleren Ostens bis hin zu modern-orientalischen Musikstücken, die eine zeitgenössische Darbietungsform, fusioniert mit Jazz- und Moderndance-Elementen, verlangen, zeigt *A Glance on Dance* in nur einer Show eine multi-ethnologisch-tänzerische Bandbreite, die es so in Deutschland noch nicht gegeben hat.

Die jomdance-company setzt sich aus 16 geprüften jomdance^®-Bühnentänzerinnen aus ganz Europa zusammen.

Die Tänze sind modern, spritzig, traditionell, humorvoll, sehr hochwertig und für die Bühne konzeptioniert. Das Video zeigt ein kurzes Medley, bestehend aus ein paar Sequenzen der insgesamt 21 Tänze der Show.

Die jomdance-company hat keinen Mäzen und erhält keine staatliche Förderung; sie trägt sich komplett selbst: von den Trainings, die regelmäßig zentral in Offenbach stattfinden, bis zu den Anreisen und Unterkünften.

*A Glance on Dance* - this is the premiere dance show of the jomdance-company directed by Said el Amir.

Within almost two hours the spectators are led through a fascinating multi-ethnological journey from Middle Eastern traditional folklore dances to modern-oriental music. This requires a new contemporary presentation form merged with jazz and modern dance elements – which is celebrated in this world premiere show!

The jomdance-company consists of 16 certified jomdance stage dancers from all over Europe. According to the special needs of stage performances, we show modern, crispy, sassy, sparkling, traditional, humorous and very high quality dances. The video attached teases with a short medley of a few sequences of the 21show dances.

The jomdance-company has no patron and doesn’t receive any state funding. From the training that takes place regularly in Offenbach/Germany up to the travelling and lodging, the costs are covered by the company and their members themselves.

Therefore, we need your support to realize appropriate costumes for this show. In fact, we do need 25 more costumes. Thank you for your support!
